Metropolis La Tour De Force is one of the first offspring bred by Metropolis collaborating with Michelle Porfido of Rhapsody Hungarian Vizslas (USA). Her sire, MBVIS BISS Intl Ch Intrcntl Ch Can Ch Am GCH Szizlin's They Call Me Bond JH ROM is the Vizsla Club of America's Top Producing Sire - 2013, 2016 and 2017. Her mother, Aust Ch Kimlise La Cygne, produced the winner of Challenge Dog at Sydney Royal 2016, the Best In Specialty Show winner in April 2016, the winner of Reserve Bitch Challenge at Sydney Royal 2017 and the winner of Runner Up Best of Breed and Challenge Bitch at Sydney Royal 2018. We are the only kennels in Australia to have these bloodlines, and are proud to play a role in improving the gene pool in Australia, as well as the quality of the breed.
Both parents exemplify the lively, friendly, even temper and tractability required by the Australian Breed Standard.
Everything about Metropolis La Tour De Force has been unique, from the 5 years collaboration it took to obtain and export/import usable semen and successfully inseminate her mother to her outgoing lively personality in the whelping box, and her conformation at 7 weeks of age. Hence her name, meaning a masterly or brilliant stroke, creation or accomplishment.

She was the ONLY GUNDOG represented in the BEST BABY PUPPY IN SHOW, SYDNEY ROYAL EASTER SHOW 2018, under Mr Leif Herman Wilberg (Norway). She completed a successful 2018 showing year as NO 1 VIZSLA IN NSW UNDER 18 MONTHS.
Metropolis La Tour De Force exhibits the intelligence characteristic of her mother, and the temperament of both her parents. It was an honour to have Michelle Porfido of Rhapsody Hungarian Vizslas fly to Australia for 3 days to handle her to her Baby Puppy of the Day win at Sydney Royal Easter Show 2018.
