International Success
All of our dogs have enjoyed show success under international and national judges. None of our dogs in Australia can surpass the showing success of UK Sh Ch Metropolis Patriarch Nexus By Pitswarren (AI) (Imp Aus), who we were thrilled and privileged to be able to provide to Pitswarren Kennels in the UK in 2019.
Nexus’ success continues through his offspring, who regularly face at least 10x as much competition within their breed as vizslas in Australia do.
Our dogs have been No 1 Vizslas in NSW for many years, including Ch Metropolis MemorialJoieDeVivre as NUMBER 1 RISING STAR IN NSW 2019, Ch Metropolis La Tour De Force (AI) as NUMBER 1 RISING STAR IN NSW 2018, Ch Metropolis Beaucoup Monsieur (AI) as NUMBER 1 VIZSLA IN NSW FOR BREED CHALLENGE 2015 (no 8 nationally), and Ch Metropolis Beaucoup Beaucoup (AI) NUMBER 1 VIZSLA IN NSW IN ALL CATEGORIES 2014 (all according to the Dogzonline Pointscore)
Our dogs and their descendants have been BEST IN SPECIALTY, RUNNER UP BEST IN SPECIALTY AND BEST OPPOSITE SEX IN SPECIALTY at many Specialty Shows run by the Hungarian Vizsla Club of NSW. Our dogs have also regularly won MULTIPLE CLASSES IN SPECIALTY SHOW in Specialty shows run by the Hungarian Vizsla Club of NSW, including Best Head, Best Gait and Best Parent and Progeny.
Our dogs consistently place in at least the top 4 at SYDNEY ROYAL EASTER SHOW. From 2014 – 2019 and in 2021 our bitches placed in the top 2 bitches at SYDNEY ROYAL EASTER SHOW, winning BITCH CHALLENGE (ie best bitch) in 2018,2019 and 2021. Our bitches have won RUNNER UP BEST OF BREED at that show in 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2021. In 2022 we bred and in 2023 we owned or bred the Reserve Dog Challenge at that show. Our dogs have also won PUPPY OF BREED, BEST NEUTER OF BREED, BABY PUPPY OF THE DAY, BREEDERS GROUP OF THE DAY and have been shortlisted in sweepstakes and the top gundog puppies at that show many times. We were the ONLY GUNDOG BABY PUPPY chosen to compete for Baby Puppy in Show at the Advance Royal Sydney Easter Show in 2018.

BEST OF BREED many times at the annual ROYAL CANIN SPRING FAIR under judges from countries including Slovenia, Germany, Finland, the USA and Canada. Our dogs have also been graded FCI EXCELLENT at the Royal Canin Spring Fair every year that grading has been available (2018, 2019, 2022).
